Starboard Kode 2012 £1199.00
- New shape:the Kode 74 is five centimeters more compact and shaped with extra tail-kick to make it more versatile in the waves. It'll draw both tight and wide arcs and feel more controlled in the air.
- New shapes:the 86, 94 and 103 have a harder release edge in the tail for a sharper acceleration on to the plane and in the gusts. Top speed also increases a fraction. The overall shapes have been shortened down by three centimeters, improving high-wind control. The more compact nose, which reduces swing-weight, improves the boards' responsiveness during jumps, jibes and aerial freestyle moves
- To generate the speed: fast rocker-line curves define the central spine of the bottom shape. That's the part you use when riding in a straight line.
- To generate the maneuverability: the spiraling vee bottom shape exaggerates the curvature along the edges of the board. That's the part you engage as you carve the board.
- To generate the aggressive bite: the rails are shaped thin between the front strap and the nose.
- For comfort and general user-friendliness: the rails are thicker and voluminous under your back foot, giving more float and forgiveness during maneuvers. The decks are nicely domed.
- Heel bumpers (68, 74, 80) and contoured Sponge Pads (86, 94, 103) for more comfort.

From 74 litres all the way up to the 123 litres these boards are the supercharged rally cars of the windsurfing world.
Easy- Fast - Maneuverable. As they get bigger they become more early planing and faster and as they get smaller so they become more control and wave oriented.
The 74 and 80 make a great alternative to the quad if you want a more solid feel and demand high performance blasting from your small board.
The 86, 94 and 103 do pretty much anything, anywhere- waves, freestyle and high speed blasting, they do it all.
The 113 and 123 provide larger sail performance with more maneuverability than a classic freeride board.
